Vecsei Millinery offers custom hat design services, ready-to-wear collections, and bespoke appointments. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• Placing Orders: By placing an order on our Site, you agree to purchase the selected items or services. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Custom Orders & Appointments

Vecsei Millinery offers bespoke services where each hat is made to the client’s specifications. Custom orders may require additional time for production. You will receive an estimated timeline upon confirmation of your order.

• Deposits: For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin production.

• Cancellation Policy: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping: We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

• Delivery: While we strive to meet the delivery times stated, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Vecsei Millinery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Ready-to-Wear Products: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

• Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for different sizes or styles if available. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 14 days for processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Vecsei Millinery and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
